Description
A lively blend of transparents and opaques that range in the yellow to orange range. The transparent yellows give the impression of light radiating from within when combined with clear.
NOTE ABOUT ORANGE
The yellow and orange colors do not contain lead, which normally makes furnace glass more adaptive in coe. If you are working with Effetre (104coe) or Bullseye (90coe), work this blend on the surface, instead of encasing, to avoid cracking issues.
Orange will become black where it comes in contact with silver or lead so avoid a base glass such as Effetre Ivory or a leaded clear such as K100. Instead, you could use Kugler’s K110 unleaded clear.
