About the Owners – Karen van Staden and Leon Labuschagne

Being a passionate lampworker, I’m always looking for new glass colours, products and tools to use in my beads. I’m always envious when new products are released in the international lampwork community and lampworkers in the Southern tip of Africa can’t share in the excitement.

After many years, Leon has finally given in to the obsession with glass, and is well on his way to develop his own style and learning new techniques. He will be assisting with sales.

Our passion for creating this special art and sharing what is out there with others have driven us to start this business to share a wider palette glass colours and products with our fellow lampworkers in Southern Africa.
