Description

Starry Night is doubly special. It’s rare to find a true navy blue–one that doesn’t veer toward violet or aqua; plus, this one sparkles.

Easy to work with but avoid prolonged heat to retain the sparkle.

This is a dark blend that looks best when applied in thin layers on clear and light transparents or on the surface of lighter opaques.
