Description
Euros is an opaque white glass that with different heat treatments can produce lavender veining, a blushed ivory or when reduced can fume to a creamy ivory luster with tiny, gold colored spots.
To strike, the glass must be allowed to cool as much as possible and reheated very gently in the far reaches of the flame for 30 seconds or more.
When reducing, in our experience, a hotter bead produces the “gold flake” effect, while a cool bead develops a more solid luster.
